When I was creating this Zentangle I was reminded of the advice I was given in my community college English class: write with colored pencils or pens to spark new ideas or ways of thinking.
I don’t know the science of how the brain works with this process but I have seen how making one small change in the usual way of doing things can be the jump start to the beginning of something big.
Making one small change at a time will eventuallly move you closer to the goals that you have set for your self. If you would like to hear a podcast of me and my friend and fellow Martha Beck trained life coach, Kelly Burkhart, explain how to use baby steps to move toward your goals please click here and you can download the podcast from iTunes.
Can you use one new color in your writing, your wardrobe, or living space this week? Will it open your mind for a new way of seeing?
How can this small step help you to see in a new light?
